Dr. Faustino T. Orillo of the department of plant pathology marshals in the members of the College’s 1960 graduating class to the University Amphitheater during the commencement rites on April 17 in Diliman. Behind Dr. Orillo are the honor graduates are Leodegario Ilag and Emil Javier.
